1. Booking & Payment

• Your booking is confirmed once you fill in your details and pay a deposit of 30 %.

• Full payment must be completed before departure.

• Last-minute bookings must be paid in full.

2. Package Price

• Prices may change due to things beyond our control (ticket changes, fuel surcharge, currency rates, etc.).

• Everything listed in the itinerary is included.

• Anything not listed is considered not included.

3. Cancellation Policy

By the Guest:

• Cancel after paying deposit → 50 % fee.

• Cancel H–3days before the trip → 70% fee.

• Cancel less than 0days → 100% non-refundable.

• No show on the departure day = 100% charge.

By Us (Organizer):

• If something unavoidable happens (force majeure or urgent situation), we may reschedule or cancel with prior notice.

• Refunds will follow what is still refundable from the service providers.

4. Itinerary Changes

• Itinerary may change depending on weather, field conditions, or other unavoidable factors.

• We’ll make sure you still get the best experience.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Please take care of your own belongings. Loss outside of our supervision is not our responsibility.

• Follow local rules and the guidance from the crew/guide.

• Let’s keep the good vibes for a fun and comfortable trip.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

• We act as a coordinator between you and service providers (hotels, transport, boats, etc.).

• We’re not responsible for issues caused by weather, delays, or third-party errors.

• But we’ll always help find the best solution.

7. Travel Documents

• Make sure your ID/passport and other required documents are valid.

• Travel failure due to incomplete documents is the guest’s responsibility.

8. Travel Insurance

• We recommend getting travel insurance. We can help arrange it if needed.

9. Accommodation & Transportation

• Accommodation may be replaced with a similar class if necessary.

• Room types follow your booking request (twin/double), subject to availability.

• Transportation seating follows provider rules.

10. Prohibited Items

• No dangerous or illegal items allowed. Violations are the guest’s responsibility.

11. Force Majeure

• Anything beyond our control (extreme weather, natural disaster, sudden regulations, etc.) is not our responsibility.

• Any extra costs due to these situations will be borne by the guest.
